THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Client Administrator to assist our Licensed Mortgage Agent with mortgage processing from start to finish

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in customer service
  • Previous training in a finance related field will be an advantage
  • Advance Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) skills
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent with technology and various web-based software applications
  • Comfortable working alone, virtually, as part of a team

RESPONSIBITITIES

  • Provide support to Licensed Mortgage Agent
  • Manage the Mortgage process and move an application through the process
  • Prepare Mortgage documents
  • Manage support documents and documents lists
  • Order appraisals and environmental inspections
  • Manage mortgage CRM
  • Set-up client appointments
  • Update clients; referral partners and mortgage participants
