Renewal Promotion Terms

The Terms & Conditions for this promotion are, but not limited to:

1. The Cineplex night out for two package consists of an electronic Cineplex voucher to the value of $40.00
2. Entrants are responsible for the accuracy of his/her contact details. Mortgage Allies is not responsible for any lost vouchers due to incorrect contact information or lost vouchers.
3. A voucher will only be sent to the contact details of the entrants submitted to Mortgage Allies at the time the entrant entered into the promotion was and the voucher will only be set once.
4. Only one voucher will be awarded per property for the mortgage renewal irrespective of how many mortgages are registered against the property.
5. The voucher will only be awarded to the valid property owner(s) who is indicated on the valid and acceptable submitted statement(s) and only if submitted by the property owner(s).
6. Mortgage Allies has the right to change the Terms & Conditions of the promotion at any time, without prior warning and at its sole discretion.
7. The voucher can only be won if the data and document(s) have been submitted through this web page.
8. Mortgage Allies has the right to suspend, alter, modify or change the voucher, the value of the voucher, eligibility for the promotion and/or the promotion itself in any way and/or at any time without prior notice and at its sole and full discretion.
9. Any entries which are incomplete, incorrect, inaudible, incomprehensible, or not received by Mortgage Allies will be void.
10. Mortgage Allies has the sole and absolute right to determine whether information and/or documents submitted are valid, acceptable, eligible, complete and meets promotion requirements.
11. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of the entry or any answers given by entrants (if applicable), or the operation of any part of the promotion, network or phone system, the decision of Mortgage Allies shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Mortgage Allies will not be liable to reimburse expenses incurred in making an entry in any promotion. Where applicable, where Mortgage Allies decides at its sole discretion that an entrant is eligible for a refund, eligibility for refunds will be notified to relevant entrants. Mortgage Allies reserves the right to refuse to refund any entrants where it suspects dishonest or fraudulent conduct on the entrant’s part or where the entrant has not complied with the rules of the promotion.
13. Mortgage Allies may in its sole discretion refuse to provide a voucher, or seek its recovery, in the event of non-entitlement under these terms or an entrant’s breach of these terms, Mortgage Allies website terms of use, fraud, dishonesty, or other inappropriate or improper conduct including but not limited to the use of technology which enables an entrant to evade charges or entry requirements.
14. Mortgage Allies reserves the right at its sole discretion to withhold delivery of the voucher until such proof of eligibility and identity has been confirmed or if such proof is not produced on request or to disqualify the entrant from the promotion.
15. In relation to all promotions, the first name and last name of the winner(s) may be published by Mortgage Allies and entrants grant to Mortgage Allies a non-exclusive licence to use and publish their entry in any media for the purpose of announcing the winner.
16. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Mortgage Allies’ liability for death or personal injury caused by their staff or supplier’s negligence or for fraud. Subject to this, Mortgage Allies cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any voucher. Mortgage Allies is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading or uploading any materials in the promotion.
17. Mortgage Allies cannot promise that the services relating to the promotion will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of Mortgage Allies. Mortgage Allies will not be liable in the event that all or any part of the service relating to the promotion is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
18. Mortgage Allies (or any third party nominated by Mortgage Allies) may exercise its sole discretion to use the winner’s (and (if applicable) their companion’s) name, address, and image and their comments relating to the voucher and promotion experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
19. Entry into this promotion is not a guarantee of a mortgage by Mortgage Allies of any kind.
